Ana Barros

Attorney Ana Barros has experience handling workers’ compensation, employment, and personal injury matters. She has represented employees in workplace injury cases at the state level and has also pursued collective and class actions under federal law, including Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) claims involving unpaid wages, overtime violations, and employee misclassification.

Ana is licensed to practice in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Ana earned her J.D. from New England Law, where she made the Dean’s List and received the Rhode Island Bar’s Thomas F. Black Jr. Memorial Scholarship. She completed her undergraduate studies at Tufts University, graduating cum laude, and was recognized with multiple honors for her academic excellence and community service.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys various activities with her husband including golfing, playing soccer, hiking with her two golden doodles-Davi and Nala-and spending time by the sea. She is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.
